Support/Family Bariatric Buddy
If you have passed the 3 month post-surgery mark and would like to provide support and share your personal experiences to a fellow bariatric patient, please feel free to sign up as a buddy. Support is vital to be successful, and be contributing to ones success can be extremely rewarding.
Whether you are about to have surgery or have had bariatric surgery, support is one of the key factors in its success. If you would like to be paired up with someone who has already gone through the surgery and has passed the 3 month benchmark, I would suggest that you request a buddy.
Having someone to turn to during those weak moments, when you seek information, and just someone to be there for you, this option is for you. As a backup, the Founder/CEO of NBBA and everyone's bariatric buddy - Steven Reed - will be made available as your personal backup buddy until you get one assigned to you.
If you are a family member, friend, or currently provide support to a bariatric patient, please consider being a part of our bariatric buddy family. Being a part of the NBBA, grants you access to the site content to help make you the best bariatric support buddy ever. Sign up today!
Disclaimer: A Bariatric Buddy is by no means a doctor or medical expert, so anyone that is a buddy would only be sharing their opinion based on their own personal experience. Anyone wishing to have a Bariatric Buddy should take their advice from that perspective. Always - without exception - check with your doctor or clinic or seek professional medical advice should any medical issues arise. The Bariatric Buddy support system is strictly meant for support purposes ONLY! NBBA is not responsible for any of the advice or actions of any Bariatric Buddy assigned.
